📚 Return Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted only for wrong or damaged books
- Must be reported within 3 days of delivery
- Books must be unused and in original condition
💰 Refunds:
- Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected
- It takes 3 working days for the refund to reflect in your original payment method
- COD orders will be refunded via UPI or bank transfer (Customers can share their payment details via Mail/WhatsApp)
❌ Non-Returnable Items:
- Used books
- Orders without proper issue/damage proof (you need to share unpackaging video from scratch)
- Books damaged after delivery
- Heavy books boxes if damaged from outside box
